Public health officials are now referring to “social isolation” as an important way to combat and manage the transmission of the virus. In addition, the Province has asked for limitations on gatherings of 50 or more. The Terrace Salvation Army takes the health and safety of our clients, staff, volunteers, and community very seriously.
Here is what we are doing in order to still run our feeding programs while also keeping everyone safe:
We have switched over to handing out bagged brunches until further notice.
In addition our food sahre program will still be operating but we will limit access to a few guests at a time. .
We are doing our best, keeping people’s health and safety at the forefront.
Our Food Bank is still running by appointment only.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we deal with this pandemic.
